
Manager, Stakeholder Relations and Program Advocacy (1497)

The Manager, Stakeholder Relations and Program Advocacy is responsible for promoting BakerRipley’s mission and program expansion through strategic stakeholder engagement, increasing BakerRipley visibility and program access in the region. This role involves building relationships, representing the organization at key events, and creating pathways with new community partners in order to expand service impact to the neighbors we serve.
Program Growth, Expansion & Community Engagement
Develops and maintains relationships with community-based organizations, government agencies, and corporate partners to secure space, resources, and cooperative opportunities for expanding veterans’ services.
Identifies underserved populations and works with the Program Director to design and implement an operational strategy that ensures effective service delivery in new areas.
Engages in outreach efforts to increase program awareness and participation among veterans and their families.
Coordinate stakeholder briefings, listening session, and roundtables to foster dialog and collaboration.
Actively seeks opportunities for program growth, identifying new funding sources, service areas, and partnerships to enhance the program’s reach and sustainability.
Compliance & Program Integrity
Ensures adherence to all program contracts, grant requirements, and funding guidelines.
Grant Management & Funding Development
Collaborates with the grants management team and Program Director to identify funding opportunities, develop proposals, and submit grant applications.
Attends funder meetings, representing BakerRipley and advocating for the continued growth and support of veterans' initiatives.
Brand Visibility
Develop and execute strategies to elevate BakerRipley’s brand presence across stakeholder networks.
Collaborate with Communications to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity in all engagement efforts.
Strategic Support & Capacity Building
Assist the Director, Stakeholder Engagement and Program Advocacy, in implementing advocacy strategies that align with programmatic and policy goals.
Contribute to the development of stakeholder engagement plans and tracking systems.
Support cross-functional collaboration to integrate stakeholder feedback into program design and delivery.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Education
Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience (Required).
Work Experience
5+ Years In Stakeholder engagement, public affairs or community relations/Preferred.
