Shift/Hours/Location: M-F, 8am-5pm, Onsite/Hybrid, Moses Lake, WA

What You Will Be Working On

Serve as primary POC (point of contact) for management of each designated product line.

Establish, organize, and facilitate internal/external customer meetings as needed for regular support of each designated product line.

Coordinate activities for process changes from initiation to implementation with internal and external customers.

Support activities for 8D/OCAP associated with designated product lines from initiation to completion.

Internal and external escalation support for assigned product lines.

Support monthly, quarterly, or annual forecast modeling, forecast to actuals, or other capacity verifications as needed.

FG DOI/Transport issues

Manage new product development deliverables and schedules in collaboration with other team members.

Support projects related to designated product lines, including both customer requests, escalations, and internally driven task force activities.

Support the Program Manager and Sr Product Manager in the development of customer roadmaps, and industry developments to regularly present relevant market updates to the senior management team.

Support the Program Manager and Sr Product Manager in using cost models to characterize product cost structure and determine potential pricing models.

Research as needed for product lifecycle management planning.

Facilitate productive/collaborative communication amongst cross-functional teams.

Collaborate with Technical Managers, Supply Chain Management, QA, Lab, Production, and other affected departments to ensure product quality and completion of tasks throughout the product life cycle.

Uphold all MLI policies and “MLI Code of Conduct.”

Strict compliance with Environmental and Safety regulations.

Compliance and individual accountability with the MLI Quality System and ISO Registration is required. It is the employee’s commitment to ensure that the Company’s actual practices and procedures are exercised as directed.

Perform other duties as assigned to support and sustain a high-performing team.

Qualifications

Minimum three (3) years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Project management skills.

Strong analytical/computer skills (Excel and PowerPoint).

Ability to travel domestically when it is deemed safe and approved by management.

Demonstrated ability to:

Follow written and verbal instructions in English.

Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously to meet established deadlines.

Work effectively independently and as part of a dynamic/collaborative team.

Perform tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.

Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum two (2) years of experience working in a customer-facing role.

BA/BS or equivalent related experience.

Experience in the semiconductor or specialty chemical industries.

Benefits Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $68K-$100K

WORKING CONDITIONS Duties are generally performed indoors in an office and high purity manufacturing environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate. When working in the presence of safety hazards, the employee is expected to follow company safety rules and use proper personal protective equipment such as: hardhat, safety glasses and full leather shoes, etc.

Employees will work in a covered Process Safety Management (PSM) environment containing threshold quantities of flammable liquids and/or gasses that have a potential for fire or explosion. Employees working in this environment are required to be free from devices that are not considered intrinsically safe. Examples of devices that may not be intrinsically safe include Insulin Pumps, Pacemakers, Pain Management devices, etc.
