
Graphic Designer

LHH is currently recruiting for a Graphic Designer for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Dallas, TX area. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in both digital and print media, preferably within the retail industry. A portfolio is required for consideration. This is a fully onsite position at our client’s office in the Dallas area.
Responsibilities:
Design engaging digital and print marketing assets—including social, email, web, signage, and collateral—translating creative briefs into polished, production-ready deliverables
Contribute to creative strategy and concept development, partnering with stakeholders to generate ideas and translate campaign objectives into compelling visual directions
Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across marketing, merchandising, and operations to align design deliverables with business goals
Mentor and support junior creatives by providing constructive feedback, guidance, and design best practices
Maintain brand consistency across all assets
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Qualifications:
5+ years of graphic design experience (digital & print)
Strong portfolio showcasing your creative work (required for application)
Experience working within a retail environment is highly preferred
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Attention to detail and strong communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Ability to work onsite at our client’s office in Dallas, TX
