Company Overview A private family office is seeking a tech-savvy and highly organized Executive / Personal Assistant to support personal, household, and professional activities. The role is based in West Palm Beach, FL, with a hybrid work schedule.

Job Responsibilities

Manage complex scheduling, calendar coordination, and communication with global business contacts.

Represent the principal in meetings and communications when needed.

Implement and optimize systems to streamline workflows using modern technology and AI-powered solutions.

Handle personal errands such as grocery shopping, gift purchasing, and household organization.

Provide hands-on support at the principal's home and stable, comfortable around horses and animals.

Assist with family-related tasks and activities, including travel prep and event coordination.

Support philanthropic work and coordinate Foundation-related initiatives.

Facilitate communications and scheduling for Board activities.

Qualifications

3+ years of relevant EA/PA experience.

Strong technology proficiency, fluent with Google Workspace.

Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to pivot quickly as priorities shift.

Willingness to work on-site in Wellington and West Palm Beach as needed.

Comfortable around animals and enjoys travel.

Compensation Salary:

$75,000 – $100,000, DOE
