Join our collaborative marketing team as a
Digital Marketing Specialist
and help shape CoVantage’s online presence through strategic, high‑impact digital campaigns. In this role, you’ll support email, web, SEO, paid media, and digital banking initiatives that connect members with the tools they need. Your work will ensure our digital communications stay engaging, consistent, and member‑focused across every channel.

Job Duties
Execute and optimize digital campaigns across email, website, SEO, paid media, and digital banking platforms to support member engagement and growth
Build and manage targeted email communications, including segmentation, automation, and triggered journeys
Update and maintain website and landing page content, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with SEO best practices
Collaborate with marketing teammates and agency partners to develop engaging digital assets for web, email, mobile banking, and online advertising
Monitor and respond to digital reviews and inquiries on platforms like Google and the app stores to support a positive member experience
Track and report on digital campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies and improve results
Manage in‑session advertising within Digital Banking and the Mobile App, including scheduling, targeting, and recommending new placements
Support marketing campaigns from concept to execution by contributing ideas, coordinating with partners, and staying current on emerging digital trends and tools
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field — or an Associate’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
2–4 years of professional digital marketing experience, including website content management (Kentico and/or SharePoint preferred), Google Analytics 4, and email automation platform
Working knowledge of reporting and research tools, basic HTML/CSS, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Cloud
Strong written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects with excellent organization and attention to detail
Must be bondable
