Marketing Specialist

An established, employee-focused global organization is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support marketing initiatives, brand development, and customer engagement across international markets.
This role works closely with the VP of Marketing to execute marketing strategies, maintain brand consistency, and support sales growth through data-driven marketing programs. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with experience managing digital marketing efforts, communications, and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement
Evaluate customer research, market trends, and competitor activity to refine marketing efforts
Monitor and analyze marketing performance through web analytics, SEO insights, and social media monitoring
Manage and update website and social media content including posts, announcements, and blog entries
Assist with marketing communications including branding, advertising, editorial content, and digital campaigns
Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing collateral, presentations, and sales support tools
Track key marketing metrics and report on campaign performance and engagement
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, templates, and messaging
Assist with the planning and execution of trade shows, marketing initiatives, and sales meetings
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
3–4 years of professional marketing experience
Strong understanding of customer behavior and market dynamics
Experience with website content management, digital analytics, and social media platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
