Marketing Manager Omni Louisville Hotel is a prominent landmark in Louisville, Kentucky, offering a unique mixed‑use environment that includes a hotel, restaurants, a bourbon bar, speakeasy, bowling alley, and a vibrant Falls City Market. The hotel has 612 rooms, a pool, and a rooftop bar, and aims to provide guests, residents and locals a chance to connect and enjoy the best of the city.

Overview Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a creative and experienced Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing marketing content in print and digital assets as well as organizing, planning and overseeing the execution of events, activities and programs hotel‑wide including but not limited to: Guest activities, year‑round special events, seasonal festivals and celebrations, hotel-sponsored promotions and media events.

Responsibilities

Support execution of the comprehensive and strategic marketing plan that supports the hotel's business goals and the customer journey (spanning group, leisure, local, and the business traveler).

Ensure the cohesive storytelling of the resort’s offerings, experiences and unique positioning are pulled through across all sales and marketing touchpoints to consumers.

Support execution of an annual marketing plan; update the plan quarterly/monthly based on business need to drive awareness and demand across customer segments in both a pre‑opening and operating environment.

Develop a holistic plan that includes B2C and B2B marketing, public relations and digital channels to drive awareness, buzz, revenue and generate meeting and catering leads across owned and influenced channels.

Be accountable for the creation, planning and performance of all media.

Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing and other department personnel to execute a calendar (content, promotional, programming/activations).

Work closely on the annual budget/planning process for the upcoming year, including forecasting and reconciling of expenses, and support annual marketing budget planning based on ROI from initiatives executed.

Collaborate with the director of resort marketing on budget execution, social media content calendar, advertising fulfillment and creative direction over the course of the year.

Spearhead social media engagement for the Omni Louisville channels, ensuring compliance and collaboration with appropriate stakeholders.

Leverage the corporate brand, marketing, digital and CRM/Loyalty team for maximum efficiency; support local traditional and social media influencer relationships, including co‑hosting media events and coordinating logistics across the PGA Frisco campus with key applicable partners.

Foster strong relationships with public/private partner entities to capitalize on brand synergies and ensure marketing and communications are in alignment.

Support marketing reporting to measure KPIs for marketing strategies, campaigns and tactics on a monthly basis, and quarterly and annual deep dive; proactively identify areas for refinement/optimization based on business needs and results.

Oversee the creation and distribution of all hotel photography and videography to ensure that assets are on‑brand and support the ultimate business objectives.

Collaborate with department heads to ensure visual assets are curated and socialized across cross‑functional teams.

Support relationships with agency partners, directly or indirectly.

Stay appraised of marketing best practices and make recommendations; understand and know the competitive landscape across B2B and B2C segments.

Qualifications

Degree in public relations or marketing, or similar.

3‑5 years’ experience in resort marketing with responsibility over marketing, digital and communications and ownership over strategy, execution and results.

Experience managing social media content creation, graphic design, public relations, marketing planning and execution.

Robust creative skills with the ability to balance strong communication skills (written, verbal, proofreading).

Preferred skills:

Previous hotel experience ideal – upper‑upscale/luxury resort marketing a plus.

Strong understanding of social media trends and management, as well as content gathering.

Experience in creative development and robust organizational skills with a strong capacity to think outside the box.
