Role Description This is a full-time role for a Product Designer. The position is based in McLean, VA, with an opportunity for remote work. The Product Designer will be responsible for conceiving and creating visual and user-centric designs for our platform. Daily tasks include user research, wireframing, prototyping, developing new design concepts, and closely collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers and developers to optimize user experiences.

Qualifications

Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design, User Interface (UI) Design, wireframing, and prototyping tools

Strong visual and graphic design skills, with a focus on creating high-quality mockups and interfaces

Knowledge of User Research, including conducting interviews, usability testing, and gathering feedback to inform design decisions

Experience with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms

Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers

Understanding of responsive design principles and ability to design intuitive, mobile-friendly interfaces

Proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and iterate designs based on team and user feedback

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Experience in designing for gig marketplaces or e-commerce platforms is a plus
