Building on this success, RDG has expanded into new concepts, including AVA MediterrAegean in Winter Park, Florida, CASA NEOS on the Miami River, Claudie (opened Feb 2025), and MM, a Membership Community. Summary Motion Designer (Nightlife & Hospitality)

We’re seeking a highly skilled Motion Designer to lead dynamic, high‑impact promotional content across RDG brands. This role is focused primarily on DJ marketing, nightlife campaigns, and experiential brand storytelling.

We’re looking for someone who understands visual systems, rhythm, scalability, and how motion lives across digital and in‑venue environments.

Responsibilities

Design high-impact motion graphics for DJ marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives across RDG brands

Develop scalable visual systems that can be implemented consistently across multiple venues

Create dynamic, rhythm‑driven edits synced to music and event energy

Build reusable motion templates to support recurring campaigns and lineup updates

Adapt creative across social platforms and in‑venue screens

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to structured approval timelines

Collaborate closely with the Creative and Social Media Team and report directly to the Senior Creative Lead

Maintain brand integrity while pushing creative boundaries

Stay current with motion trends, nightlife aesthetics, and evolving digital formats

Requirements/Qualifications

Undergraduate degree or diploma in Design, Motion Graphics, or related field

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects required; Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere essential)

Experience with 3D tools (Cinema 4D or similar platforms) preferred

Strong portfolio demonstrating motion systems, typography in motion, and campaign-level thinking

Highly organized with disciplined file management and workflow structure

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment

Must speak fluent English
