Based in the corporate office, this role oversees reservations with discretion, accuracy, and a deep understanding of service standards, ensuring each booking reflects the level of excellence expected across all venues. Through thoughtful communication, meticulous attention to detail, and proactive coordination with on-site teams, this role ensures a seamless transition from reservation to arrival, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. Manage reservations across phone, email, and online platforms with accuracy and organization Provide exceptional guest service, handling inquiries, special requests, and modifications professionally Coordinate with restaurant teams to optimize seating and support efficient service flow. Maintain knowledge of and adhere to all reservation policies and procedures. Demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Utilize reservation systems effectively (experience preferred). Maintain flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Perform standard office tasks, including extended periods of sitting, typing, and light administrative duties. This is not an exhausted list of job responsibilities. Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service role General office assignments, which lends itself to repetitive motion Sitting in stationary position for several hours within the day Lifting or carrying lightweight office materials or equipment as needed Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
