What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end creative production for all photoshoots and videoshoots – from initial concept and planning through to content delivery.
Build and run shoot timelines and detailed production schedules, ensuring every deliverable is shot on time for campaigns, launches, and social drops.
Direct on-set teams (photographers, videographers, glam, talent, production assistants) to capture content that feels fresh, fun, and hyper-relevant to Gen Z beauty trends.
Book and manage talent – models, photographers, stylists, and other creatives – aligning casting with brand identity and campaign goals.
Oversee studio operations on shoot days, including call sheets, logistics, set readiness, product pulls, and ensuring everything needed is on hand and camera‑ready.
Manage digital assets (photo, video, RAW files, selects, finals) including organizing, naming, and routing assets so Creative, Social, and Marketing can easily find and use them.
Partner closely with Creative, Social, and Marketing teams to translate briefs into shot lists, mood boards, and execution plans that align with campaign strategies and channel needs.
Drive project management across multiple concurrent shoots and content initiatives, tracking milestones and communicating status, risks, and solutions.
Own production budgets – building estimates, tracking costs in real time, negotiating where needed, and ensuring projects land on‑budget without sacrificing creative quality.
Ensure on‑time delivery of final assets for launches, always working backwards from key campaign and go‑live dates.
Support post‑production workflows by coordinating editing, retouching, and versioning; tracking feedback; and ensuring final files meet technical specs for each channel.
Keep a pulse on beauty and social trends and proactively suggest new content formats, shot ideas, and concepts that resonate with Gen Z beauty lovers.
What We’re Looking For
Previous beauty experience is a must – you’ve produced shoots for makeup, skincare, or related beauty brands and understand product, shade, texture, and artistry on camera.
Strong background in creative production and studio operations, ideally in a fast‑paced, content‑heavy environment.
Proven ability to lead on‑set teams with calm, clarity, and a collaborative, solution‑oriented mindset.
Comfortable working across photo and video, from stylized campaigns to nimble social and UGC‑style content.
Solid project management skills – you’re organized, detail‑obsessed, and excellent at prioritizing across multiple shoots and deadlines.
Budget management experience, including building estimates and reconciling after wrap.
Fluent in digital asset management best practices and comfortable with shared drives, asset libraries, and version control.
Excited to help shape content where creativity, speed, and experimentation are part of everyday life.
