Position Overview ZTCA is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Sales Leader to drive new client acquisition and expand our advisory services across enterprise and mid-market organizations.

This role focuses on selling strategic cybersecurity advisory programs and subscription-based cyber services to executive leadership including CISOs, CIOs, CFOs, and Boards.

This position is structured as a commission + performance incentive engagement with a contract-to-hire pathway for the right candidate who demonstrates strong performance and revenue generation.

Candidate may be promoted to Managing Partner and Chief Revenue Officer.

Strategic Cyber & AI Advisory Programs

Zero Trust Architecture Advisory

Incident Response & Recovery Readiness Programs

Cybersecurity Architecture Assessments

Identity & Access Management (IAM) Advisory

CMMC Readiness and Government Cyber Compliance

Executive Cybersecurity Advisory Subscriptions

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new enterprise cybersecurity advisory opportunities

Build relationships with executive decision-makers including CISOs, CIOs, CFOs, and Board leadership

Generate and manage a pipeline of qualified cybersecurity advisory engagements

Lead consultative sales discussions aligned to client risk, compliance, and resilience objectives

Collaborate with ZTCA cybersecurity architects to develop client solutions

Expand strategic partnerships and referral channels

Close new cybersecurity advisory engagements and long-term advisory subscriptions

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate has experience selling enterprise cybersecurity consulting or advisory services and understands how to engage executive leadership on cybersecurity risk and resilience strategy.

Candidates with backgrounds from the following organizations are strongly encouraged to apply:
