Job Summary
At Cascade Beverage, Brand Ambassadors are the heart and soul of every guest interaction. As the face of our brand, you’ll collaborate with a passionate team to create memorable experiences for visitors at our tasting room and events. We’re looking for enthusiastic team players who bring energy, optimism and genuine warmth to every conversation, ensuring each customer feels welcomed, informed and inspired.
What You’ll Be Doing
Work booths at various events and promote Cascade Beverage brands.
Transport and set up the booth, signage, and product displays before the market opens.
Pack up and break down the booth efficiently at the end of the market.
Pour liquor samples to customers, abiding by OLCC serving laws.
Educate customers on our portfolio of spirits and different brands.
Contribute to hitting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
Relay customer feedback to the direct manager.
Able to work independently and in a fast paced environment.

Required Skills/Abilities
Must be able to count and make change accurately.
Excellent sales and customer service skills.
Knowledge in the spirits industry is a plus, but not necessary.
Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and the continual development of company brand knowledge.
Ability to anticipate customers' needs.
Square point-of-sale knowledge is a plus, but not necessary.
Ensure professional and respectful communication standards are consistently met.
Education, Experience and Certifications 1+ years experience of spirits, sampling, and/or promotional work is preferred.
Must be 21 and over.
Must possess or be able to obtain state-specific permit/license to sell liquor.
Must possess a valid Driver License.
Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50 pounds and carry it 100 feet repeatedly.

Hours: Variable/Non-Exempt
Approximately 20 hours per week on average
