We are looking for an Instructional Designer In this position, you will be responsible for developing courses on Nebius AI Cloud for different target audiences. After applying, you will be required to complete a test assignment. Successfully completing this assignment will be the first step in the interview process. This is a full‑time remote contract position.

What You Will Do Develop new courses teaching how to use Nebius Products.
Participate in learning needs analysis and high‑level course design with the Product Manager and SME.
Map learning outcomes for the whole course and for each module and lesson.
Translate SME materials (drafts, demos, documentation) into clear, learner‑friendly educational content.
Design practice exercises and learning aids.
Collaborate with the production team to create visual content.
Create documentation about courses and keep it up to date.
Support existing courses
Audit the courses in terms of cognitive load, difficulty level, and alignment with learning goals.
Work with student feedback and subject‑matter expert recommendations to identify areas for course continuous improvement.
Adapt course materials for different target audiences and learning goals: for product onboarding, certification programs, etc.
Maintain backlog of improvements.
What We Can Offer You
Remote, full‑time contracted position.
Compensation of $2,000 to $2,500 per month gross, aligned with experience.

Knows and applies digital learning design frameworks and principles.
Can develop various forms of educational content (long reads, video, projects, practice tasks, infographics, assessment, etc.).
Can work with modern tools to create learning aids (we use Figma, HeyGen, Supademo).
English proficiency.
Nice‑to‑have
Experience working with customer education and creating instructions on software.
Experience working with certification programs (ex. AWS, Google Cloud, Azure certifications).
