Job Summary This is an administrative role which supports the execution of internal and external communications initiatives. Manage assigned tasks, projects, content creation, and platform administration to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging across the organization. Create and maintain distribution lists. Process and evaluate data and produce reporting to support the communications function.

Work Location This position offers a hybrid work schedule. Candidates will work a hybrid schedule for collaboration days, team meetings or other in-person events. The position is based in West Bend, WI.

The internal deadline to apply is 3/28/26. External applications will be accepted on a rolling basis while the position remains open.

Responsibilities & Qualifications Key Responsibilities

Coordinate communications tasks and deadlines.

Generate and distribute monthly communications reports.

Assist in drafting and distributing internal employee communications.

Support external PR efforts by coordinating media opportunities and logistics.

Coordinate print projects with print shop.

Provide coordination of internal event-related marketing support.

Assist in maintaining the communications calendar.

Upload and manage content on the communications platform.

Manage promotional item requests and the employee store.

Follow brand guidelines in all communications.

Provide administrative support to the communications team.

Preferred Experience and Skills

2-4 years of marketing or communications experience

Writing and organizational skills

Data entry skills

Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Education and Training

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field

Salary Statement The salary range for this position is $61,549-$76,936. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are made by West Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
