Property Coordinator Property Coordinator to $55K - Support a Busy Community!

Our client, a longstanding residential and commercial real estate organization, is seeking a Property Coordinator to support daily operations across a busy on‑site office. In this role, you’ll manage tenant interactions, oversee leasing and payment activity, and maintain accurate portfolio records to keep the community running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, comfort working with numbers, and genuine interest in building a career in real estate or property management.

Responsibilities

Managing tenant applications and coordinating screenings; maintaining accurate lease and payment records within property management systems; supporting rent collection, notices, and general account activity; responding to tenant inquiries and partnering with property management on maintenance, noise, or payment issues; organizing electronic and physical files; assisting with basic legal processes such as documentation for evictions or application denials; entering work orders and supporting leasing/marketing efforts as needed; and ensuring a professional, well‑organized on‑site office environment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of customer service or property management experience; comfort working with numbers, invoices, or basic AP/AR tasks; strong communication skills with the ability to multitask in a busy on‑site office; proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn property management software; high attention to detail and exceptional organization; and a friendly, service‑oriented mindset with an interest in growing within real estate.
