
Route Service Representative (4 Day Workweek)

Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. The role is physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor; deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the face of Cintas and build rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Qualifications
Have an active driver's license.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Obtain a DOT medical certification.
Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
Meet the physical requirements of the position.
High School diploma, GED or military service.
Strong customer service orientation.
Self‑motivation and drive to work in a teamwork environment.
Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
Compensation and Benefits
Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route.
Majority of work is a 4‑Day workweek.
Majority of work no nights or weekends.
