Job Purpose The Dior Corporate Trainee participates in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization across functional areas. By working closely with their assigned Department, the Trainee supports the organization’s short and long-term objectives through day to day administrative and long-term project work. Trainees across departments will collaborate to develop initiatives to improve business results and present a project to our Executive Leadership Team.
Job responsibilities
eCommerce Reporting:
Support on daily, weekly, monthly reporting refreshes and distribution to local and Central teams
Assist with ad-hoc performance analyses, integrating both quantitative and qualitative insights
Maintain Dior.com product launch and content calendars
eMerchandising:
Assist in Product Catalogue Management
Support collection launches on site across Women’s, Men’s, Baby & Maison Universes for both US & CA
Monitor inventory levels regularly, helping to identify low stock or sold out items and coordinate replenishment opportunities
Digital Marketing:
Coordinate cross-functionally to share eMerch priorities with Agency partners
Support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, maintain tracker of deployed NLs
Profile
At least 6 months of prior experience
Full-time, 12-month program from July 2026 through July 2027
Available to work M-F, 9-6pm, Friday work from home
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong communication skills
Dedicated, dynamic team player
Strong problem-solving skills, time management skills and attention to detail
Ability to demonstrate tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing and handling information of a confidential, controversial and sensitive nature
Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with all levels of the organization
Additional information The appointed candidate will be offered a salary of $20 per hour, plus potential eligibility to participate in the Company's medical benefits plan, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
