This role is responsible for producing and maintaining Assets Under Management (AUM), client flows, and revenue reporting to support senior leadership and key business teams. The position ensures delivery of accurate, timely, and consistent data that informs strategic decision-making. In addition to core reporting responsibilities, the role emphasizes process optimization through technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency, scalability, and data integrity. This position partners closely with stakeholders across Finance, Investment, Client Coverage, Marketing, RFP, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Operations. It is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and leveraging modern tools to drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Analysis

Execute AUM and client flow reporting across daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles Deliver accurate and consistent reporting packages for senior leadership and cross-functional teams Perform ad hoc analysis, including trend reporting and business insights Develop and maintain a strong understanding of AUM methodologies, definitions, and data sources Technology, Automation & AI Enablement

Leverage technology and AI-enabled tools to automate processes and improve reporting efficiency Enhance data validation processes and identify anomalies through advanced analytics Collaborate with Technology and Operations teams to improve upstream data quality Participate in system implementations, enhancements, and user acceptance testing (UAT) Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual processes and improve accuracy Process Improvement & Controls

Document and refine reporting processes to strengthen controls and governance Drive process improvements to streamline reporting cycles and enhance stakeholder experience Ensure alignment of data definitions and reporting standards across business units Communicate issues proactively and provide timely resolutions Support audits, regulatory requests, and special projects related to AUM reporting Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field 5-8 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or data analysis (asset management experience preferred) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, OneStream, Alteryx, or similar platforms preferred Demonstrated experience using AI-enabled tools or automation to improve workflows or analysis
