Responsibilities

Work closely with Global Category Innovation to develop Category plan

Collect insights for the Face category including consumer, market, competitor and influencer data to influence growth strategies for the category

Manage product portfolio with end to end accountability

Responsible for the creative and innovative concepts that target unique consumer insights, address business needs and meets Brand DNA

Ensure the feasibility and profitability of projects.

Requirements

2+ years of related business experience in marketing (global marketing preferred) or beauty product management

Bachelor’s Degree required

PC Proficiency (Microsoft Suite)

Collaborative leadership skills
