We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist (Email and Journey Execution) to support the expansion of digital marketing capabilities and enhance engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs). This role plays a critical part in building, deploying, and optimizing email campaigns and customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in email marketing, strong attention to detail, and foundational marketing automation expertise to drive engagement and campaign effectiveness. Build, edit, test, and deploy email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio) Ensure brand consistency, mobile responsiveness, and perform thorough QA on links, images, and personalization Coordinate email send readiness including scheduling, approvals, sender settings, and test sends Configure and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder with multi‑step communications and timing controls Set up entry sources (data extensions/audiences), validate entry counts, and manage re‑entry and entry rules Implement decision splits and branching logic for personalized customer experiences Apply suppression rules, exclusions, and journey exit criteria to ensure proper audience flow Perform end‑to‑end QA of journeys and monitor live journeys for performance and issues Create and maintain data extensions, segmented audiences, and suppression lists Validate data integrity including field mapping, required fields, and sendability Build and maintain basic automations in Automation Studio (imports, workflows, audience refreshes) Monitor automation runs and elevate issues when necessary Analyze campaign performance metrics such as delivery rate, open rate, click‑through rate, bounce rate, and unsubscribe rate Support A/B testing initiatives for subject lines, content, and send timing Collaborate with marketing, creative, compliance, analytics, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment and execution Follow established processes for intake, build, QA, and approvals Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2–5 years of experience in email marketing, marketing operations, or marketing automation Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms Working knowledge of Email Studio and Journey Builder Experience building emails, configuring sends, and managing customer journeys Experience creating and managing data extensions and audience lists Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Nice to Have
