Extract data from legacy systems and assist clients in locating their data
Import and validate data into improveit 360 or MarketSharp, ensuring accuracy
Manage multiple data conversions simultaneously while coordinating with team members
Provide clear documentation of progress and communicate effectively with stakeholdersEvaluate and recommend changes to current data conversion processes for efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of work experience with SQL
5+ years of work experience in Data Conversion/Migrations
5+ years of work experience with Salesforce
Strong logic and critical‑thinking ability for troubleshooting data and software issues
Best‑in‑class attention to detail with demonstrated communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Strong ETL proficiency
Experience in a customer‑facing role with good teamwork skills
Ability to thrive in a team‑oriented environment and share knowledge
Aptitude for quickly learning software and technology in a fast‑changing environment
Experience with business analytics and problem‑solving in ambiguous situations
