We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator with experience in professional services marketing - specifically with AEC marketing - who wants to have an impact on branding efforts and future growth.
Key abilities, experience and attributes For a successful candidate include being a versatile, deadline-driven, self-starting professional who:
Has three or more years AEC or similar professional services marketing experience
Can analyze and dissect RFP/RFQ requirements
Understands how to develop competitive proposal responses
Writes and/or designs brand and target focused content that engages its audience
Has CRM, Digital Asset Manager and project management platform experience (Unanet/Cosential and OpenAsset experience are a plus)
Not only knows Adobe InDesign and presentation software but can teach us a thing or two about these and other programs we use
Follows – and offers ideas to improve – established marketing processes
Expectations of the positions include, but are not limited to, working in tandem with our Marketing Director to:
Perform get-work tasks such as proposal/interview/presentation strategy and execution (including production and delivery), research and track advertised opportunities, help develop strategies to convert captured leads into opportunities and projects
Communicate EDA’s story by developing outward and inward messaging using channels such as social media posts, website content, press outreach, traditional advertising, collateral, project/resume/firm narratives, award development and staff announcements
Develop and written and/or graphic content that supports the get-work and communication efforts
Research, develop and update data and narratives stored in Unanet/Cosential CRM and our Data Asset Manager
Be a brand advocate and a corporate ambassador
This is a full-time, hybrid position with the expectation to be in our Downtown Salt Lake City headquarters four days a week. EDA offers competitive health insurance, 401K matching and PTO among other benefits.
