Aloha Hospitality is seeking a full-time Social Media + Marketing Coordinator to work with members of the marketing team to successfully convey the message and brand of a multiconcept restaurant group. This position has responsibility for planning, and executing marketing strategies and tactics, creating compelling, insight-based content campaigns and new projects, managing campaign execution, analyzing performance, and identifying improvements that will contribute to best practices. The Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing and management to create and optimize marketing campaigns to achieve business and team objectives. This position is critical for the growth-driving and revenue functions of the company. We are looking to hire someone that is innovative in nature, self-motivated, enthusiastic and possesses a high degree of integrity.
Job responsibilities include:
Helps develop and implement a strategic social media and marketing plan that reflects our restaurants' content and marketing goals, to drive business growth at our restaurants, delivery platforms, and partnership activations.
Maintain the Aloha restaurant editorial calendar with upcoming promotions, stories, and launches, as well as day-to-day postings on social media platforms.
Help manage day-to-day marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring that they are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Assist in capturing image and video in our concepts as well as executing daily in-feed posting and regular content for Instagram stories, Facebook, and Twitter pages. A background in photography or video is a plus.
Provide detailed analysis, monitoring, tracking, and reporting on the performance of social channels, as well as native reporting of all relevant platforms.
Continuously research and explore new social media and marketing features and trends to anticipate and produce relevant content and best practices.
Ability to effectively communicate ideas visually, orally, and in writing.
Assist with design and formulation of newsletters, presentations, press releases, posters, booklets, menus, and flyers.
Supports our restaurant staff with in-store events, retail displays and promotions.
Works with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas, create intelligent messaging, and creatives for campaigns.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, collaborative environment.
Coordinates all in-house contests including record-keeping and analytics reporting.
Collaborates with the marketing team and management to design and create appealing digital and print projects and promotional events.
Experience using Canva, InDesign or similar programs is preferred.
Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications
College degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Social media marketing/strategy experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
