Job Title:
Executive Assistant- C-Suite
Duration:
6-month Contract
Pay Range:
$30 -$35/hr. (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)
Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety standards and policies
Manage executive calendar, scheduling, and travel arrangements with effective prioritization and conflict resolution
Support the executive with administrative tasks, including meeting preparation, correspondence drafting, report/document creation, and expense management
Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling confidential and high-priority communications
Coordinate and respond to communications on behalf of the executive, including emails, calls, and messages as required
Track upcoming commitments, deadlines, and responsibilities; ensure timely follow-ups
Conduct research, gather insights, and provide relevant information for decision-making and meetings
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure secure document handling
Organize and maintain structured filing systems (digital and physical)
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, assistants, and cross-functional stakeholders
Provide occasional support to other executives and contribute to team objectives
Handle ad-hoc tasks, special projects, and additional responsibilities as assigned
Must-Have Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory)
Minimum 10+ years of experience in administrative/executive support roles, including support to C-level executives
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook (email, calendar, presentations, documentation)
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information
Strong decision-making ability with sound judgment and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality, accurate work
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills

Experience working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
Strong business acumen with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
Ability to think critically and respond quickly to urgent situations
