Anti‑Tamper Specialist
SAIC is seeking an
Anti-Tamper Specialist
to support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) of space programs in the Space Systems Engineering Directorate (SQA) of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force, Space Acquisition and Integration at the Pentagon. The role will provide anti‑tamper oversight and integration with U.S. Space Force FMS programs, inform the development of space‑specific anti‑tamper policies, and ensure compliance with Department of War policies.
Responsibilities
Provide expert advice to senior Space Force leadership regarding developing, maintaining, and enforcing DoW anti‑tamper policies and procedures to safeguard critical technologies.
Ensure responses to space FMS requests include considerations for anti‑tamper measures and account for measures to protect military systems and technologies.
Understand systems that support the U.S. government with space missions and tasks that need to be acquired and or sustained for security cooperation.
Support the review, vetting, and approval of FMS documents such as Letters of Request (LORs), Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs) and Acquisition Strategy Documents (ASDs).
Develop and coordinate staff packages for SAF/SQ signature to address and implement FMS cases involving anti‑tamper policy and procedures.
Support the development and coordination of LORs for Pricing and Availability (P&As) to respond to foreign requests and coordinate answers to related anti‑tamper questions.
Properly assist the customer with Pentagon staff skills, knowledge, and proficiency.
Accurately recommend priority tasks, implement process improvements, assume lead on government tasks directly assigned.
Understand FMS timelines and respond to all requests/tasks in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience.
TS Clearance with SCI and Poly eligibility.
7+ years of anti‑tamper experience.
5+ years of Foreign Military Sales experience.
Experience in security cooperation within the DoW or related experience in planning, programming, budgeting or acquisition of systems for allies or international partners.
Experience with MS Office including Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint.
Exceptional oral and written communications for decision makers; demonstrated ability to work in a cross‑functional team.
Work location is in the Pentagon with some limited telework scheduling.
Desired – 3+ years space experience.
