What you will do as an Assistant Center Director Bilingual: Partner with the Center Director with daily operations Communicate with parents and students (English and Vietnamese Required) Conduct student assessments and consultations Build strong relationships with families, school administrators, and the local community Coach and mentor instructors to ensure high-quality instruction and engagement Oversee scheduling, reporting, and student records What we are looking for in an Assistant Center Director Bilingual: Fluent in English and Vietnamese Background or studies in math, education, or a STEM field Prior teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience required Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with both kids and adults Solid math competency Algebra II - required (preferred up Calculus) Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow in an education-focused business environment Positive, professional, and passionate about education. A collaborative mindset and ability to balance multiple priorities Consistent five-day availability is required.
