Role and Responsibilities
Distribute and merchandise Frito‑Lay products across a variety of retail locations, such as supermarkets, convenience stores, and discount chains.
Operate a route truck to make scheduled deliveries, ensuring products are unloaded efficiently and accurately.
Build collaborative relationships with retail staff to boost sales and optimize in‑store product displays.
Track product rotation and maintain merchandising standards to ensure items are fresh and well‑presented.
Use handheld technology for order processing, inventory tracking, and daily reporting.
Participate in a hands‑on 4‑6 week training program covering product delivery, merchandising, and sales best practices.
Support different routes and store formats as business needs arise to help the broader team meet performance goals.
Required Skills and Experience
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Valid driver’s license with current insurance and the ability to meet any state licensing requirements.
Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs. multiple times during a shift, with or without accommodation.
Strong self‑management and communication abilities; comfortable working independently.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in route delivery, merchandising, retail, or customer service roles.
Proven skills in developing in‑store relationships and driving product sales.
