
Order Execution Analyst

Job Overview
Working with cross-functional organizations, the Order Execution Analyst coordinates the scheduling of orders according to dealer allocations, production, option capacities and market requirements. Responsibilities include the management of order quality, order copy process for select North America and affiliate assembly plants. The Order Execution Analyst will work with cross-functional teams across the company such as Brand, Demand Planning, Platform/Supply, Engineering, etc.
The Order Execution Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to schedule orders based on dealer allocations, production capacity, available options, and market needs. Their responsibilities include managing order quality and overseeing the order copy process for selected North American and affiliate assembly plants. The analyst also partners with various departments across the company— including Brand, Demand Planning, Platform/Supply, and Engineering—to ensure effective order coordination.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with focus in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Information Technology or Business related major
1 year of supply chain or automotive experience
Basic understanding of the vehicle configuration, ordering and scheduling process
Ability to manage large volumes of diverse data from disparate data sources using eTools, Access and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks independently
Ability to effectively manage cross‑functional work team
