
Programmatic Media Specialist

GreenRubino is looking for a Programmatic Media Specialist to join our team. This position will support the media team by working within programmatic platforms. This entails work on programmatic strategy, campaign set up, optimizing campaigns, and reporting on campaign performance. The ideal candidate possesses a complementary blend of analysis and technical aptitude, along with an interest in digital media.
This role will also include client-facing responsibilities and support for day-to-day client management, helping ensure campaigns run effectively, and client expectations are met. The right candidate is smart, self-motivated, and passionate about building and growing their career in media strategy and buying while maintaining strong relationships with client teams.
Responsibilities Contribute to the planning, building and optimizing of ad campaigns within The Trade Desk DSP and other programmatic and digital ad platforms as applicable (DV360, CM360, Amazon’s AAP, StackAdapt, etc.). Contribute to programmatic strategy and solutions to media planners and client teams. Support client management efforts by helping communicate campaign performance, insights, and optimization recommendations, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Help bring together DSP, ad server & site-level data for analysis and optimization recommendations. Develop and provide subject matter expertise on programmatic analysis, DSP capabilities, and audience targeting. Perform routine checks on campaigns to evaluate optimization opportunities including pulling site logs, reviewing audience segmentation, managing pacing, pulling other reports for program maintenance. Proactively work with/support media teams to create data driven insights and recommendations for clients. Identify opportunities to improve inefficiencies within current processes. Troubleshoot day to day data issues and data discrepancies. Produce analytic outputs for entire campaign lifecycle (measurement plans, campaign wrap-ups, pre-campaign analysis, etc.).
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree – Preferably in marketing/advertising, or any related discipline. 2-4 years of experience in digital analytics or digital media buying, including programmatic. Experience working in a client-facing environment or supporting client accounts. High level of Excel competency (Macros, pivot tables, and formula integration). Familiarity with DSPs, DMPs, and related technology (DV360, the Trade Desk, etc.). Familiarity with paid social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) and search platforms (Google Ads, Bing, etc.) a plus. Experience working with business intelligence platforms and analytics dashboards such as Datorama, TapClicks, Data Studio, Looker, or Tableau a plus.

Comfortable communicating with internal teams and clients. Self-starter and able to work independently on a project. Ability to understand complex systems and processes. Salary Range: $70,000-$95,000 DOE
