
Healthcare Accounts Executive

Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic and tactical sales plans to drive new client acquisition.
Own the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through contract execution.
Build strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders, including CFOs, Revenue Cycle leaders, and executive decision-makers.
Understand client challenges and align De Lune’s RCM solutions to meet business and financial objectives.
Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and value-based solutions that close new business.
Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets.
Maintain a disciplined and accurate sales pipeline.
Collaborate with internal teams to support solution development and client success.
Requirements
3+ years of experience selling outsourced Revenue Cycle Management services.
Proven success selling to senior-level
Strong understanding of hospital and physician revenue cycle workflows.
Demonstrated consultative sales expertise with a consistent track record of exceeding targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and
