Ecolab is seeking an AVP - Enterprise Customer Lead to join its Ecolab Enterprise Solutions team leading one of our Top 10 Global Accounts in the Oil & Gas Industry.

As an AVP - Enterprise Customer Lead, you'll shape enterprise level partnerships and drive strategic growth across one of Ecolab's most influential customer relationships. You will serve as the primary steward of a key client relationship across the entire organization, leveraging C-suite engagement and deep cross functional collaboration to unlock top and bottom-line results. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic plan for the assigned strategic customer to drive partnerships that produce top and bottom-line growth and increased market share for Ecolab, with an exponential return on investment for the customer
Leverage Ecolab Executives and leaders to build and develop Enterprise-to-Enterprise relationships throughout the assigned customer's organization
Manage the customer P&L to create and deliver annual business plans
Set goals, lead and coach a team of high performing Global Solution Leads to meet growth & profitability plans every year
Leverage strategic planning process to drive workforce and talent plans with Divisions and Markets to ensure effective and efficient delivery of Ecolab's value proposition to the assigned Customer
Lead the process to negotiate commercial terms for while ensuring alignment with Ecolab's markets, legal, and finance teams
Partner with division and functional leads to and alignment on critical initiatives to achieve Ecolab's strategic goals
Position Details
Candidate must reside or be willing to relocate to a commutable distance of Houston, TX
Overnight travel: Up to 25%, may include international travel
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher
5 years corporate accounts experience
10 years sales experience
Experience in C-suite selling
Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.

Preferred Qualifications
10 years corporate accounts experience
Experience within the Oil & Gas industry
Sales experience with a large, global, matrixed organization
Technical sales experience working with complex products and solution offerings and prospecting and managing large corporate customers
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal savvy
Ability to influence and persevere through difficult negotiation processes
Demonstrated large account management success with executive-level relationship sales experience
Experience managing others either directly or indirectly
Experience influencing without authority
Cross-cultural business experience
In-depth knowledge of Ecolab Industrial sector offerings and broad knowledge of Ecolab capabilities; proven track record of working with field sales
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range The base salary range for this position is $175,500.00 - $263,300.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentives based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
