Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative with a strong sales orientation to join our team at our Heber Springs, AR office. In this role, you will contact our existing customer base to introduce them to additional services we provide and identify opportunities for expanded service engagements.
This role blends customer service and sales, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, educating customers, and helping them discover valuable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Contact existing customers via phone, email, and in person to promote additional services offered by Security Fire Systems
Educate clients on fire safety, security solutions, and life-safety services
Identify and qualify service opportunities within current accounts
Collaborate with sales and service teams to coordinate follow-ups and ensure
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM
Meet or exceed performance goals
Qualifications Required:
Sales-oriented mindset with excellent customer service skills
Comfortable making outbound calls and meeting with clients
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Must be able to successfully pass an Arkansas criminal background check conducted by the Arkansas State Police as part of the employment process, in accordance with state procedures for background checks by the Arkansas State Police Identification Bureau and related requirements
Preferred:
Previous sales or customer service experience (especially in service/technical fields)
