JOB TITLE: Product Manager - Credit Cards
LOCATION(S): Chester

What you’ll be doing
If you're excited by the idea of shaping a market‑leading Credit Cards proposition for millions of customers, this role puts you right at the heart of that journey. As part of our Product Discovery & Distribution team, you'll help define how our products show up in the market, strengthen key partnerships, and unlock new opportunities that improve customer outcomes and commercial performance.
You'll work cross‑functionally to bring insight to life - combining data, market intelligence and collaboration across teams to influence strategic decisions. From managing partner relationships to delivering compliant and effective go‑to‑market activity, you'll play a key role in driving sustainable growth, improving processes, and enabling brilliant customer experiences.

Essential skills
3+ years' experience in partnership or channel management, ideally within financial services or digital marketplaces.
3+ years' experience using data to generate actionable insight, evaluate market trends and present performance reviews to stakeholders.
Strong commercial acumen, with a proven track record of delivering value through contracts, commercial levers or strategic partnerships.
Excellent stakeholder and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across internal and external partners.
Desirable skills
Experience working with Cards, lending, or consumer credit products.
Experience using third‑party market data or insight tools.
Familiarity with test‑and‑learn approaches, pricing, eligibility or journey optimisation.
