Job Responsibilities
Open/close store
Drive sales through knowledgeable, friendly customer service and sustainable product education
Build relationships with clients through environmental discussion, mutual cause, and genuine care
Help customers understand and choose natural products across herbal wellness, home care, personal care, gardening, art supplies, yoga, and more
Maintain store organization and merchandising standards
Restock and maintain displays
Learn and use the store’s product knowledge database
Support workshops, events, and seasonal displays when needed
Qualifications / Skills
Interest in herbalism, sustainability, or natural products
Enjoys talking with customers and sharing knowledge
Curious and eager to learn about sustainable living
Organized and dependable
Comfortable working independently in a small boutique environment
Education & Experience Requirements
High school diploma required
College education in environmental science or sustainability preferred but not required
Industry and supervisory experience a plus
