Marketing Assistant
to join their team in
El Segundo.
This position is on-site and offers a temporary engagement lasting between
27 to 52 weeks.
The role involves providing administrative support within a dynamic marketing environment, assisting with event logistics, sales support, and product launches. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in administrative functions, with a background that may include marketing support and event coordination.
Serve as the initial contact for department calls, managing inquiries and routing as needed.
Support team members by providing administrative backup during absences.
Draft, refine, and organize documents, presentations, and reports with accuracy.
Maintain a clean and organized department workspace and digital files.
Handle internal and external communications, including purchase orders, inventory requests, check requests, and correspondence.
A minimum of two years' experience supporting administrative functions, preferably in sales or marketing environments.
Demonstrated strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Bachelor's Degree is required.
