Primary Responsibilities The Senior Sales Operations Administrator supports the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of the sales organization by managing key operational processes, maintaining critical data systems, aggregating reports and information, proactively looking for process improvements, and enabling smooth day‑to‑day activities. This role serves as a central coordination point between sales, finance, and marketing, ensuring that teams have the information, tools, and structure needed to meet revenue goals. Essential Functions DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides high-level administrative support to Commercial Leadership Team (CLT) including calendar management, meeting coordination, communication handling and expense reporting.

Performs regular data clean-up and audits, updates and reconciles spreadsheets, maintains Commercial team organization charts to support reporting and analysis for executive management, and maintains power BI user access standards.

Manages weekly and monthly operational readouts, creates executive summaries, highlighting risks, opportunities and areas requiring attention.

Conducts business research for senior executives.

Coordinates strategic meetings, including agenda setting, deliverable tracking, and post‑meeting follow‑ups.

Serves as a liaison between the CLT and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.

Leads or supports cross‑functional projects, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and progress tracking.

Coordinates and tracks strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely execution.

Identifies process improvement opportunities in day‑to‑day and recurring activities and recommends solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Post CRM implementation will conduct territory sizing assessments and make recommendations to Sales leaders on territory assignments.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, consistency, and process quality.

Self‑starter with strong communication skills, comfortable interfacing with all organizational levels including executives.

Collaborative team player with a service‑oriented mindset and a willingness to support cross‑functional projects.

Demonstrated initiative and curiosity to learn new systems, tools, and business processes.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of assigned deliverables.

Adaptable and flexible with the ability to handle highly confidential, proprietary and strategic information.

Highly credible, trustworthy, collaborative, and resourceful in style with the ability to work independently and as a team player in handling confidential matters and sensitive information.

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of corporate general management experience with increasing responsibility.

Experience in participating in and/or managing projects including using tools and/or processes.

Experience in identifying opportunities and making recommendations for process and continuous improvement.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to remain in a stationary position (seated or standing) for extended periods.

Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment.

Ability to view a computer screen for long periods.

Ability to move about the office occasionally to access files, equipment, or attend meetings.

Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally (e.g., office files, laptop, small office equipment).
