Preferred Qualifications for Success:
A current Property & Casualty license
A minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a sales-focused role in a captive or retail insurance space
A knack for leveraging technology to deliver compelling sales presentations and maintain meticulous, accurate client records
Exceptional ability to cultivate and nurture robust business-to-business networks and lasting professional partnerships
In-depth expertise in a wide array of commercial insurance coverages and products
The Responsibilities:
You will be set up for success immediately, benefiting from a steady flow of inbound leads and existing client relationships, allowing you to focus on development without the pressure of self-sourcing business in the early stages
The initial phase of this role is focused on inside sales and a structured development track, providing a supportive environment to hone your skills before transitioning into full-cycle selling
Providing attentive support for customer inquiries, complaints, and claims, and expertly negotiating and finalizing new insurance policies
Maintaining meticulous records of all sales activities and client interactions within our management systems
