Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Documentation Specialist plans and directs activities concerned with the establishment and/or continuance of ISO 9001 related requirements and other quality programs. Manages the assembly, accuracy verification, storage and transmission to customer of all customer‑required documentation. What a typical day looks like
Manage collection, storage and release to customer of customer‑required technical documentation. Coordinate activities within the organization to hold up ISO 9001 requirements. Coordinate the corrective action system, driving internal and external issue resolution. Serve as customer liaison for the quality function. Prepare research of and reports on audit results. The experience we’re looking to add to our team
5 years of related experience Proven experience supporting, maintaining documentation and compliance activities. Demonstrated computational skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to accurately create, maintain, and manage technical and business documentation. Ability to prepare, maintain, and analyze quality documentation and reports related to audits, corrective actions, and quality system performance, with strong written communication skills.
