Get paid to help create the most epic gaming fan experience in Boston! We're looking for experienced brand ambassadors who know how to engage crowds, deliver exceptional experiences, and keep energy high. You'll be part of the crew that makes this event unforgettable — from setup to the final high-five.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
MORNING: Learn about the game, training, and space awareness
DURING EVENT: Greet guests with warmth & professionalism, check people in seamlessly, guide players to stations, hand out branded swag, run activations, manage guest flow, answer questions, ensure every attendee feels valued
EVENING: Break down the space, load out equipment, pack up materials, restore the venue to pristine condition
Think of yourself as the face of this brand experience — we need seasoned professionals who excel at customer interaction, problem‑solving, and creating memorable moments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven brand ambassador experience with a track record of success in high‑energy environments
Must be located in the Boston area
Reliable transportation (car/reliable commute method) to/from the venue
Expert‑level customer service & interpersonal skills
Ability to represent a brand authentically and engage diverse audiences
Able to work the ENTIRE DAY on Friday, March 27 (setup through breakdown)
Comfortable with physical work: lifting, moving equipment, standing for extended periods
Professional demeanor + upbeat, charismatic personality
Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
Valid ID (must be 18+)
Smartphone for communication
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
Experience managing guest check‑ins or event registration
Comfortable speaking to groups and delivering brand messaging
Multi‑tasking in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments
Social media savvy (taking photos/videos for event content)
Previous event staff or hospitality experience
