Marketing Campaign Specialist
About the Role
We’re looking for a detail oriented Marketing Campaign Specialist to support our demand generation team by owning campaign execution, systems management, and website updates. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career (1–3 years of experience) who loves working inside marketing platforms, keeping campaigns and improving how we use data, automation, and AI.
You’ll spend most of your time in HubSpot, Wordpress and Qualified, partnering closely with demand gen, content, and web stakeholders to ensure campaigns are built correctly, optimized over time, and supported by clean data and reliable processes.

What You’ll Do Campaign & Marketing Operations
Build, launch, and manage marketing campaigns in HubSpot, including emails, workflows, lists, forms, and automation
Own day‑to‑day campaign operations, ensuring accurate setup, QA, and execution across channels
Create, optimize, and maintain static and active lists to support targeting, segmentation, and reporting
Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot operational issues as they arise
HubSpot & AI Tool Management
Manage and optimize HubSpot tools, including lifecycle stages, properties, lead routing, and AI features
Support the use of AI tools within HubSpot to improve efficiency, personalization, and campaign performance
Maintain clean data practices and help identify opportunities to improve automation and scalability
Website & Web Operations
Make updates and optimizations to the website as needed (copy changes, page edits, form updates, CTAs, etc.)
Support landing page creation and optimization for campaigns and lead generation
Partner with marketing and web stakeholders to ensure pages are accurate, functional, and on brand‑.
Cross‑Team‑Support & Optimization
Work closely with demand generation, content, and revenue teams to support go‑to‑‑market initiatives
Document processes and help improve how campaigns are built, launched, and managed
Support ongoing optimization efforts across campaigns, lists, automation, and web experiences
What We’re Looking For Required
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or a related role
Hands‑on experience with HubSpot (email, lists, workflows, campaigns, or automation)
Basic experience editing websites or landing pages (WordPress experience a plus)
Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple tasks at once
Interest in marketing technology, automation, and AI
Nice to Have
Experience with Qualified or other conversational marketing tools
Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics
Experience supporting B2B or SaaS marketing teams
Curiosity about improving systems, processes, and data quality
