Contract Social Content Designer (Capture + Editing Support)
ENC Agency | Contract (60-day test engagement) | ~10–12 hrs/week
ENC Agency is looking for a Social Content Designer to support our growing social and content ecosystem. This 60-day container is meant to be a thoughtful entry point allowing for alignment, rhythm, and shared expectations. With the ultimate goal of stepping into a full-time position together.
The role will work closely with our Social Lead to support content capture days, design social assets, and produce video edits that meet the ENC creative standard.
We are looking for someone who is highly visual, detail‑oriented, collaborative, and excited to grow within a creative environment.
Role Overview This position focuses on designing and producing social content, with some support during content capture days.
Typical workflow includes:
Filming content with the social team during scheduled capture days
Designing social graphics and carousel posts
Preparing and exporting final deliverables for social use
Organizing assets and footage
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Designing social graphics and carousel posts
Supporting content capture days with our Social Lead
Executing creative concepts developed by the ENC team
Preparing and exporting final social assets
Organizing footage and project assets
What We're Looking For
Strong sense of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to execute creative direction from a team
Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
Ability to meet deadlines and work within structured deliverables
Interest in design, branding, and social storytelling
Estimated 10–12 hours per week
Structured deliverables and project workflow
Potential for expanded work as the role grows
