Are you an experienced interior designer looking for an exciting opportunity with a rapidly growing design firm? We are currently partnering with a dynamic company in Aliso Viejo seeking to hire a talented Senior Interior Designer to join their headquarters team on-site. This is a fantastic chance to collaborate on high-profile commercial projects, including multi-family and hospitality spaces, within a positive and growth-minded environment. Responsibilities

Lead and manage all phases of interior design projects for multi-family residential and/or hospitality developments, from initial concept development through to final installation. Conduct thorough client consultations to understand project objectives, aesthetic preferences, functional requirements, and budget parameters. Develop innovative and functional design concepts, including space planning, furniture layouts, material and finish selections, and lighting plans. Create comprehensive design presentations, including mood boards, 3D renderings, floor plans, elevations, and detailed specifications. Source, select, and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), and decorative accessories, ensuring selections align with design intent, budget, and durability requirements for commercial use. Prepare detailed FF&E schedules, specifications, and procurement documentation. Collaborate effectively with architects, contractors, vendors, and other consultants to ensure seamless project execution. Oversee and manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within financial parameters. Conduct site visits and construction administration to ensure design intent is accurately implemented. Stay abreast of current industry trends, materials, technologies, and building codes relevant to commercial interior design, particularly within multi-family and hospitality. Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and proactive problem-solving. Mentor junior designers and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution. 5-7+ years of progressive experience in commercial interior design, with a significant portfolio showcasing projects in the

multi-family and/or hospitality industries. Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including but not limited to AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and 3D rendering software (e.g., Enscape, V-Ray). Strong understanding of building codes, ADA compliance, and sustainability practices relevant to commercial interiors. Demonstrated knowledge of FF&E sourcing, procurement processes, and vendor management. Exceptional space planning and conceptual design skills. Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present design concepts to clients and project teams. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
