Position Overview We’re looking for aContent Specialist Intern with a strong interest in marketing and brand storytelling. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social-first content creation and eager to grow into a Marketing Coordinator role. You’ll gain hands‑on experience producing and editing short‑form video content, supporting client campaigns, and learning how creative production fits into broader marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Edit short‑form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms
Assist in managing video assets, raw footage, and creative libraries
Support campaign execution across multiple food & lifestyle brand accounts
Collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams to bring content to life
Draft captions, video outlines, and assist with content calendars
Help track deliverables, timelines, and campaign milestones
Assist in coordinating influencer and UGC video deliverables
Contribute to reports and performance tracking for video content
Qualifications
Strong interest in social media marketing and content creation for hospitality businesses
Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)
Understanding of TikTok and Instagram video trends and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail‑oriented, organized, and deadline‑driven
Ability to multitask across projects and work collaboratively
Bonus: experience with Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, or project management tools (Notion, Lark)
