We’re looking for a
Client Relationship Manager
to join our growing team at Flexon Technologies!
What You’ll Do:
Build and manage strong relationships with clients across the Bay Area
Act as the
primary point of contact
for client communication
Partner with recruiting teams to deliver
top tech talent
(Python, Data, AI/ML, Cloud, etc.)
Support sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates
Manage multiple priorities in a
high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Conduct client meetings, onsite visits, and regular follow-ups
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent
communication & relationship-building skills
Experience in
technology staffing/recruiting
(preferred)
Strong ability to
manage tasks, timelines, and client expectations
Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
Requirements:
Must be
local to the Bay Area
Willing to travel across the Bay Area for client meetings
Valid
driver’s license required
Ability to work
onsite in Pleasanton, CA
