Job Purpose The Investor Relations Manager oversees and directs the organization’s investor relations activities, ensuring clear, accurate, and strategic communication between the company and the financial community. Supports fair valuation of the company’s securities, helps maintain a stable shareholder base, and strengthens relationships with analysts, investors, and other key stakeholders.

This position is eligible for our

hybrid

work model, working three (3) days on‑site in our offices in

Oak Brook, IL

and two (2) days remote/home office.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for managing the development and delivery of investor‑facing communications, including earnings materials, investor news releases, fact sheets, and strategic messaging

Oversees planning and execution of investor relations events such as earnings calls, investor meetings, shareholder engagements, and conference participation

Leads the monitoring, analysis, and presentation of investment community sentiment, analyst reports, industry trends, competitor performance, and investor profiling to senior leadership

Builds and maintains strong relationships with analysts, shareholders, portfolio managers, financial media, rating agencies, and other stakeholders to support consistent and informed engagement

Ensures compliance with securities laws and disclosure requirements, overseeing the preparation and review of regulated filings such as annual reports, earnings releases, proxy statements, and stock exchange submissions

Focuses resources on continuous improvement of investor communications processes, analytical capabilities, and stakeholder engagement strategies; establishes key performance metrics to assess effectiveness

Develops risk assessments and communication contingency plans to address market volatility, unexpected events, or shifts in investor sentiment

Experience Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a relevant discipline

8+ years experience in investor relations or related fields

Travel up to 10-25%

Pay Transparency The annual salary for this role is USD $105,750.00 - $155,100.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role).
