Role: WordPress Content Manager (Contract) Project: Website Content Conversion Support City: Pasadena Core Responsibilities

Convert and format content in WordPress using established templates and standards

Edit pages in Classic Editor (Visual and Code views)

Apply Bootstrap-based CSS classes for layout and styling

Use shortcodes and existing templates to structure content

Review pages for formatting accuracy and accessibility compliance

Perform basic image editing (resize, crop, optimize)

Required Skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow publishing standards

Hands‑on experience with WordPress content editing (Classic Editor preferred)

Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS fundamentals

Familiarity with Bootstrap 4 classes

Understanding of WordPress shortcodes

Basic knowledge of Custom Post Types (CPTs)

Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards for HTML/CSS

Preferred Skills

Experience with WPBakery Page Builder

Experience supporting website migrations or large content conversions
