What We Need We’re looking for an
influencer supervisor with strong paid social experience
to lead creator partnerships while optimizing performance-driven campaigns across social platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands both
influencer strategy and paid media , and can translate creator content into high-performing paid campaigns that drive measurable results. The Influencer supervisor will work closely with internal teams and brand partners to develop influencer strategies, manage creator relationships, and oversee the paid amplification of influencer content across platforms including Meta and TikTok.
Location: Must live in the greater Tri-State area or LA area with access to our office 2 days a week.
What You’ll Do
Lead influencer strategy and execution across beauty, lifestyle, and wellness clients, including seeding, paid campaigns, and tentpole activations
Manage influencer vetting, outreach, negotiation, and contracting in collaboration with internal teams
Develop strategic influencer briefs and ensure creative deliverables align with client goals and brand messaging
Maintain strong relationships with creators, talent agents, and influencer platforms
Oversee day-to-day client communications and reporting; ensure programs run on time, on budget, and above expectations
Monitor cultural trends, social moments, and talent movement to recommend timely influencer opportunities
Collaborate with PR and creative teams to ensure influencer and content strategies are integrated and cohesive
Analyze performance and prepare recap reports with actionable insights and recommendations
Support new business pitches by identifying influencer talent, crafting creative ideas, and contributing to proposal development
Mentor and manage junior team members, supporting growth and performance
Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across
Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and TikTok
Implement and manage
pixel tracking and conversion tracking
to ensure accurate attribution
Develop and manage
audience segmentation strategies , including lookalike audiences and retargeting pools
Monitor and optimize campaigns based on key performance metrics including
CTR, CPA, and ROAS
Collaborate with internal teams and creators to develop
high-performing paid social creative
Build and manage
testing frameworks
to continuously improve campaign performance
Identify winning influencer content and scale through paid amplification
Analyze campaign data and present performance insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams
What You’ll Bring
7-8 years of experience in
influencer marketing, paid social, or digital marketing
Hands-on experience managing
paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok
Strong understanding of
pixel implementation, tracking, and conversion optimization
Experience working with
influencer and creator content in paid media environments
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance data
Experience working in an
agency or fast-paced brand environment preferred
