Digital Marketing Manager (Hybrid – Indianapolis)
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy and drive growth across key channels. This role owns campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance reporting, with a focus on delivering measurable results. This is a hybrid position based in Indianapolis. What You’ll Do
Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid search, paid social, email, organic social, and web). Oversee performance marketing efforts including budget allocation, bidding, and weekly optimizations. Track, analyze, and report on campaign metrics such as traffic, conversions, and ROI. Lead content strategy across digital platforms to support brand awareness and demand generation. Partner with creative, product, and sales teams to support launches, events, and strategic initiatives. Manage website updates, landing pages, and A/B tests to improve user experience and conversion rates. Evaluate digital tools, trends, and best practices to continuously refine marketing efforts. What You Bring
3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or related roles. Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email platforms, and analytics tools. Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, and customer journey mapping. Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Experience managing budgets and optimizing campaigns toward clear KPIs. Strong project management skills and comfort working cross‑functionally in a hybrid environment. Nice to Have
Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot). Background in B2B, SaaS, consumer, or agency environments. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or CMS tools.
