Role Description This is a full-time, Regional Success Manager role located in FL The RSM will focus on building relationships with automotive dealerships, identifying and pursuing new client opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting product presentations, identifying dealer needs and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet client needs and staying informed about industry trends.

Qualifications

Proficiency in sales strategies, business development, and account management

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Experience in CRM tools, reporting, and sales performance analysis

Understanding of the automotive industry and sales technology platforms is an advantage

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Self-motivated with a results-focused and customer-driven mindset

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
